I was struggling to upload my proof of address for 4days at least 2hrs a day, on the App, ClientZone, W/App and many E-mails. I was starting to get very annoyed and frustrated and contemplating to cancel the whole package. Up-and-Till today (29th Dec "22) via W/App, Musa Khumalo helped me, what a pleasure, my problem was sorted, Musa was persistent to sort my problem and did not give in to my sometimes sarcastic arrogant remarks. I've been dealing with Afrihost for many years now. They are a great hosting service provider at an affordable price. They have excellent support services and the walk in client centre in Rivonia is the best. I dont know of any othe SA hosting provider that still provide a face to face client centre. Please keep that direct link with the public open. In today's online world, this to me is what sets Afrihost apart from its competition. Direct, face to face support when you need it.

I recently moved to Afrihost from a previous provider that had little to non customer service and terrible connectivity. It took only a few chats with the Afrihost agents to sort out a package best for me, how to pay and what my waiting time would be on the order. One of their best attributes is that they believe in customer care and using their WhatsApp customer care line was magic, I totally recommend Afrihost just for that! They also host a website and email accounts for me, no problems whatsoever. If you are looking for a great service provider, look no further!

All in all best ISP I've ever had the pleasure to deal with! Some problems here and there but that's due to factors such as copper theft. Have a LTE data bundle linked to my phone, as does my wife, fantastic value for money (MTN)! Would stay with them for a fibre contract but I live in a one horse town and unfortunately they aren't a provider. Can't go wrong with them!
