I’m an Afrihost customer for more than 8 years now, first with hosting, then LTe then ADSL & now fibre. Service is excellent as the WhatsApp help desk works perfectly. Their agents are well trained and ask the right questions (I’m in IT support). Minimal downtime, even with load shedding.

Everything I have had to do through Afrihost has been fantastic. I needed support early hours of the morning, and it was sorted out in a few minutes. The staff member who helped me was incredibly friendly. The setup process of what I wanted to do was easy and seamless. Never thought I would ever give an ISP 5 stars, but Afrihost deserves 6. Their hosting services are pretty fantastic in my opinion.

So far I am 100% happy. So much better than a Call centre aS THAT WASTE HUGE AMOUNTS OF AIRTIME . You do need to wait to make contact but still far far better than a call Centre and calls dropping.

Awesome network service, if I do have a problem it gets sorted the same day. Would recommend Afrihost to anyone and they way cheaper than your big mobile companies. On top of it if you have an Mtn sim you don't need to get an extra sim you can use all the products relating to your mobile. Thanks afrihost for the awesome service.

Afrihost advisors demonstrated knowledge of their products. They clearly understood my needs. They were able to advise me on the service I needed to subscribe for. They were patient as I navigated their website; the website was easy to navigate. Once I had selected my desired package, the payment platform was safe, secure and efficient. The only smudge, perhaps was that I have to wait for a week for a technician to come in and do the installation. In a general sense, not specific to Afrihost, I believe that corporates should up the service standards. Keeping a client queuing for service for a week is just not on; particularly in a country with high levels of unemployment.

And our products are pretty innovative.
