I have battled for two days to setup my mailbox on an iphone11. Eventually I have decided to contact my service provider Afrihost on WhatsApp web and ask one of their support technicians to assist. I was really impressed with the help, and calmness from him in handling the situation. furthermore, I have learned that WhatsApp web is a much supportive tool to use in these circumstances. Thank you, Afrihost, for your supporting systems and well-informed technical staff.

So far so good. Ordered my fibre on Tuesday. All was up and running on Friday. Their service is a refreshing uplifting hope for customer service in South Africa. They make use of latest technologies and processes. Only criticism would be to have a status update on each step, to remind one what is next and what is to be done, but their response time on enquiring is fast and on the ball. Lets hope the service standard are maintained in my new relationship with Afrihost and Octotel. Bye bye Telkom it has been awful. Hello super fast internet.

I have been with Afrihost since 2013 and never had bad experience. I do all my data through Afrihost. I have 10Gig of data on my phone a month for only R150, and I think it is a very good deal. My data doesn't disappear like other people. The best service provider for me and my friends that use Afrihost now. 20 day + 20 knight data for my router at only R119, is a good price for me. Thanks Gian and your staff that make this possible.

I have a domain plan with Afrihost. I wouldn’t change to other domain brands, for example the international ones, because of the excellent support I get from Clientzone in Afrihost. I can’t wait to upgrade plans with them on this journey I’m on.

I just had to give Afrihost a 5-star for their after-hours Whatsapp support services! It's 19:26 and someone is actually assisting me with an issue with my domain. Customer service like this is hard to come by! Thanks a mill Afrihost and Lesego!
