Although 1 or 2 customer service agents aren't that nice to talk with when, if ever, an issue occurs. The service delivered by Afrihost is amazing, they are prompt and there is almost no connectivity issues. Will always recommend Afrihost.

After calling the Afrihost’s landline to discover that they were closed and I needed to sort out my lack of internet access, I attempted the WhatsApp chat support. I only had a minor problem which was identified through initial picture being sent to my technician and then a video which quickly pointed to the problem and potential solution. For this minor issue the WhatsApp support was brilliant and although as my WiFi was down I was still able to communicate with the technician via my phone data. Keep it up Afrihost!

I have been with Afrihost about 3 months now and I am extremely happy with their exceptional service. My reception is always great. Even during loadshedding I am always connected which is extremely important for me, since I take care of my 90 yr old Mom with Dimentia and I need my surveillance cameras in her room on 24 hours a day. Thankful for great service.

I am overall very happy with Afrihost. There are the odd occasions where the First line support doesn't have all the info on network outages and so forth, but they always do what they can to assist. Response times on E-mail and WhatsApp has been the best for me out of all the other providers I have had over the years.

Afrihost chat service agent Siphamandla is definitely an ace on their side. My voice interaction was horrendous but a simple chat with Siphamandla was a complete turnaround! Well done!!!
