After sales service is in most cases a big problem with many companies, but certainly not at Afrihost. And there are many ways to help and be helped. Afrihost is easy to deal with, very rarely has network issues, unlike other service providers, communicates easily and makes it easy to contact them via email or WhatsApp or their portal if a client has a query. I’ve really found them quite efficient over the last seven years and I wouldn’t change them even now.

Best internet service provider in South Africa! I have never had a single worry. The whatsapp chat line is quick and efficient. The app works excellent to view your invoices, usage and local faults. Everything you need to maintain your afrihost account in one simple app. Account payments are also done very easily and you receive updates on possible line faults in your area. If you are looking for a internet service provider, stop right here because you will not get any better. Keep it up Afrihost team!
