They will stay on the line and guide you step by step until you are sorted, whether its a technical problem or admin issue. They can call me back if I need them to. They are just perfect. I really love Afrihost and how seamless they are with their support. I use to be with them but my current apartment doesn't have them as an ISP. I contacted them to assist my mom and they assisted so quickly. Unfortunately the matter isn't sorted due to loadshedding but I know if the problem was on their side they would've sorted it out already. Thank you Morris D for being so amazing!
