We have never really struggled with our internet connection and when there is a problem they would sort it out in no time. The staff is always professional and the most important part for me is that they treat you like a person and not just like another client. This is what service is suppose to be. Excellent ISP. The fibre cable got damaged from the recent strong winds causing the loss of an internet feed. Within 1 hour, of reporting the fault, a technician arrived to address the issue, very good service, hopefully the fault can be rectified soonest.
