They are the best at response time and solutions. Highly recommend them. Best internet service provider experience I've had. No waiting for hours on a call or days for an email to be responded to. Quick and efficient. I ordwred my line yeatetday evening and got it all setup this morning. I had a hiccup and once I called was resolved within less than 5min. Poor service from the Agents I dealt with when cancelling my account. Dealt with 2 different Agents both on phone and WhatsApp, they showed no empathy and poor customer experience. I was relocating and needed my current line to cancelled which they could not help without any attempt to do so. Now I am unable to cancel my Telkom line because Afrihost is unable to release the line from their side even though I no longer am using their services. In this time and age, I find this customer experience extremely poor. Won't be returning back to Afrihost in my new residence just because of this poor experience.
