Afrihost is the one ISP that does not tie you to them with a long term contract. They even installed my fibre connection and gave me a wifi router free of charge and with absolutely no strings attached. They do however keep you tied to them by providing very good end-user support. There staff members are all knowledgeable, friendly and efficient in the manner in which they provide support.

Once Vumatel fault could resolve quicker because once their field team contacted me it was resolved within a few hours. But overall very good service.
