On 2 occasions . I Love how quick and fast they are with their reactivations or reconnections, as long as your router hasn't been damaged or there's no LOS light flashing red as soon as you make your payment they get you reconnected immediately. Their WhatsApp customer service is very nice they respond to you fast and they transfer you to an agent within 3 minutes.
