Service is always really good and they've proven reliable over the last 2 years. My only issue is that their phone lines don't work on holidays and weekends. They do have a very helpful WhatsApp help centre that's available daily, but it also has shorter hours on weekends and holidays. So if you have an issue on a holiday, depending on the time, you might have to sit tight until normal business hours

I have been a client for many years and do everything internet related via Afrihost. My internet connection, hosting, voip etc. and the service I receive is really great. After sales service is in most cases a big problem with many companies, but certainly not at Afrihost. And there are many ways to help and be helped. Using whatsapp it takes one or two minutes and you are speaking to a professional. I am really happy.

Been with Afrihost for some time and I always suggest Afrihost as the Fibre provider to other potential clients. No billing issues and easy to use. The only 'complaint' is that the cost of Fibre is very high but that is probably the Provider Vumatel
