My line with RSAWeb was cancelled. I've been very disappointed by their service lately. Their pricing didn't link accordingly with their service levels.

The entire morning I was battling to get confirmation from Supersonic regarding my order. I phoned, but no answer. I sent WhatsApp messages, no reply. I cancelled my order with Supersonic.

I signed up with Afrihost. My fiber line was activated same day and my router arranged.

After I failed to connect the router for WiFi, Afrihost assisted me to connect my existing router so we can have WiFi while waiting for the new router. Quick and effective assistance received.

I received my router. I had challenges with the settings and Ricky took me step by step via WhatsApp. I'm sorted and everything is in order.
I haven't experienced this level of service in a very long time.
Afrihost is the service provider you need. Their service levels are very high, support staff are quick and efficient. They easily get a 10/10 rating from me.
I have faster Mbps at a cheaper rate with Afrihost and excellent service on top of it. That's a powerful combination to have 💪🏽💯

Short description, my fiber line was moved from my old location to a new premises. Working with huge amounts of data I've notice slow speeds and did a speed test. The line was underperforming and I contacted my provide, Afrihost. I was assisted via the whatsapp line by Nhlakanipho who was super helpful and assisted promptly. From Afrihost side all was in order and a ticket was logged with the last mile provider to re-provision my line with the correct line speed. Thank you very much for the prompt assistance and support Nhlakanipho, it's much appreciated. Great JOB!

I see alot of businesses are using whatsapp for support. I hate it due to the response time and the typing. However I dealt with Susan from Afrihost and she responded timeously and resolved my issue almost immediately.

Not being technically savvy I followed the instructions on the wizard with some trepidation... I was still unsure so asked for help to check my configuring. Along with a few more questions such as how to get wifi to my TV and is a LAN cable the same as the Ethernet cable🤔 my questions were patiently answered I am now up and running.... thank you.. Louise
