Hardly ever have issues with Afrihost, on the one time I did, the process to log the fault was easy because of the option for watsup assistance. The issue took longer than I anticipated to resolve but it was because the technician assisting me was very patient and wouldn't give up until the issue was resolved, and it was indeed resolved by the end of the chat
