Afrihost is a great isp. I’ve been with them for over a year now and haven’t picked up one issue with them which is very rare when it comes to such big companies.

Very efficient, communicates timeously and provide a speedy service. I made my application on Monday, my router was delivered on Thursday and installation is underway. What a service.

Excellent service I got from a person called Sello. Afrihost must just fix their debit method as it sometimes don't debit automatically. This has to be really looked at bcoz it's a big inconvenience sometimes.

So far so good , the service I have been receiving from Afrihost in my 3 to 4 years with them as my ISP has been good. They quick response in issues logged is great, thank you Afrihost, keep it up and do not stop.

Thanks team. I think it would be a useful exercise to keep track of how customers have been helped. I had three very helpful agents try and test the same thing on my fibre line and each time the outcome was that it is a fibre issue and not anything related to AfriHost. It took up 2.5 hours of my time and it was unnecessary 🙏🏼

Afrihost WORKS!!! Everything just works!!! You click on a link, and it works!!! You have one smooth experience from finding the contract to delivery to your door! The App WORKS!!! The Website WORKS!!! It is such a delight after struggling endlessly with other Internet Providers. I was with Afrihost years ago, and the biggest mistake I made was to change to another provider. You have a life-long customer in me!!!!!
