Since moving from Telkom to Afrihost, I have only had 2 issues, both were related to Openserv's infrastructure and as such not the fault of my ISP, Afrihost.
None-the-less, in both instances my queries were replied to quickly and satisfactory.
Great job guys, keep it up. It will take a hell of a lot for anyone to convince me to use another ISP.
I am an internet power user, playing online games, while streaming my gameplay live to various platforms. I am also a webdev/graphic designer who works remotely and since moving to Afrihost, I have never been dissatisfied.

So I just got off WhatsApp with an Agent called Linda and we were online for almostc2 hours. Linda has a high levels of patience a trait really required for the kind of job and services being offered at Afrihost. Linda is a typical depiction of Afrihosts symbol of value. The efficiency, the knowledge and understanding of his job description is beyond spectacular. Thank you Afrihost for investing in your people.

Excellent service.My service was suspended due to credit card expiring on 31 Aug.I was not aware of having to update the payment profile.i updated and contacted Afrihost and they immediately deducted payment and connected me within minutes

I've never had a days problem with afrihost. If there was any sort of issue would contact them via what's and my issuse would be sorted out in minutes. They also have a great app keeps you up to date with any networks that are down also managing your packages
