Very helpful and thorough. I did however mention to the agent, that I will have to monitor the service throughout the day to see if I am going to have the same problem with the signal interruption.

Had a great experience with Mbali, she was patient and very keen to help. Had previously struggled with connection , when my router got delivered, it had not been configured properly. Spoke to Mbali via email and she asked to call me, I was online within 5 minutes. Thanks Mbali
