They are very fast and efficient, they resolve any issues to get you up and running in no time, very stable and reliable ISP. Hi, I am an Afrihost fibre user and rarely have connections problems unlike many neighbours in our complex. Also, getting in contact with a consultant improves my understanding and ability of some IT terms. Keep up with the good work Afrihost.

I've been with Afrihost since back in the dialup modem days and later also ADSL. I had to switch however to another ISP when we got fibre as Afrihost didn't service our area at the time. However, my experience with them were never as good as with Afrihost and when Afrihost did eventually offer fibre services on our Vumatel infrastructure, I was eager to jump back - and have been happy ever since.

Afrihost might be the only ISP that really has its support offering working well. I've used it a few times, and they always get me sorted quickly. What more is there to say?

I’ve been an unhappy Telkom customer for a while now and after joining Afrihost they made Telkom’s customers service seem non-existent. I am very happy with Afrihost’s WhatsApp chat platform and the swift response to your queries. Also with their new Pure DSL say goodbye to landlines and the grip that Telkom had on the industry. Thank you Afrihost for this initiative and always evolving with new and exciting ideas to always put your customers first. You guys rock!!!!!!
