I've been a client of Afrihost since it's inception in Mitchell's Plain , Mitchell's plain Fibre then it changed now to Vuma Reach. I started off with the normal 20mpbs line and just today upgraded to the 100mbps line due to us having and getting to many gadgets over the years that needs wifi. My experience thus far has been great 👍 no real issues that wasn't handled promptly and efficiently by the Afrihost staff. They also have a dedicated watsup line which I use at times. So far so good , ive never had big problems or problems like my other friends had. And they deduct their monthly installments from my bank account every month so I don't struggle with vouchers and loading like some of my friends do. So Afrihost keep up the good work, I'm happy as can be 100%

All the ISP's have a similar price, but with Afrihost you always get knowledgeable answers and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a reply. They also have an awesome WhatsApp help line.

Have had my fair share of bad experience with ISPs but I’m glad to commend both VUMA and Afrihost for a really speedy fault logging and resolution. I had connectivity drop completely on Friday evening. Logged a call via WhatsApp on Saturday morning, the Afrihost technician was very polite and I got a reply indicating it would be attended to within 3 working days. Quite a bummer given we work from home. Literally 2 hours later, a VUMA technician was on site. He troubleshooted for about 3 hours and then suggested he come back the following day to try one more option. He came back on Sunday and confirmed the problem was a configuration one. This morning, Monday, I gave the feedback to Afrihost and Jehan assisted in reconfig and voila I’m sorted. I was impressed with the quick responses and commitment to solving the problem. Thanks to both VUMA and Afrihost.
