After spending about 3 years with Mweb, I was forced to change. I spent in excess of 1500 airtime minutes (1 month and 7 days) trying to resolve a speed problem (Mweb) Afrihost's connection was seamless. Consultants available on phone or WhatsApp almost immediately. New router arrived and within minutes (via WhatsApp) I was connected. How refreshing.

I've been a client of Afrihost since it's inception in Mitchell's Plain , Mitchell's plain Fibre then it changed now to Vuma Reach. I started off with the normal 20mpbs line and just today upgraded to the 100mbps line due to us having and getting to many gadgets over the years that needs wifi. My experience thus far has been great 👍 no real issues that wasn't handled promptly and efficiently by the Afrihost staff. They also have a dedicated watsup line which I use at times. So far so good , ive never had big problems or problems like my other friends had. And they deduct their monthly installments from my bank account every month so I don't struggle with vouchers and loading like some of my friends do. So Afrihost keep up the good work, I'm happy as can be 100%

Thank you Afrihost. My experience with you this far is very good. No problems out of the ordinary, just normal hiccups along the road, what is normal. Very happy with Afrihost, since 2018. Every few months they upgrade our fibre speed without charging more. Customer service is also top notch. Got a free router upgrade this week too. Keep it up.

Afrihost is excellent and the staff are very helpful and friendly. My son loves the speed, especially when he is on his playstation. Overall, excellent product!!!!
