If I could give more I would. Sicelo was more than patient and unbelievably kind when I asked the stupid questions. What a massive asset to your company. This whole experience (move to you) has blown me away. Mind blowing quick less than 24 hours to bring in the cable to set up the banking and configure my set up. Your website FAQ and your interaction are predictive informative and easy to understand. Cannot say enough good things about the move. Well done and thank you

Afrihost advisors demonstrated knowledge of their products. They clearly understood my needs. They were able to advise me on the service I needed to subscribe for. They were patient as I navigated their website; the website was easy to navigate. Once I had selected my desired package, the payment platform was safe, secure and efficient. The only smudge, perhaps was that I have to wait for a week for a technician to come in and do the installation. In a general sense, not specific to Afrihost, I believe that corporates should up the service standards. Keeping a client queuing for service for a week is just not on; particularly in a country with high levels of unemployment.

Afrihost has definitely got the most dynamic and outstanding customer experience in SA. Fibre issues are dealt with efficiently. In this day and age I have yet to find another organization that could compete with their excellence! Special mention to Boston for his kindness and efficiency.

Afrihost is the best. I woke up with no wifi and used their whatsapp line for assistance. My issue was sorted in less than 10 minutes. Prompt reply, super friendly and 100% efficient. Thanks Sandy and the Afrihost Team. ♥♥♥

My navrae is vinnig en professioneel beantwoord. Ek wens almal wil hierdie tipe diens inbring! Dis ʼn baie oulike idee om van Whatsapp gebruik te maak om navrae te beantwoord. Nou het ek alles byderhand en kan terug gaan om dit weer te lees indien ek iets vergeet het! Ek gee hulle 5 sterre en 11 uit 10 vir die persoon wat my gehelp het!
