I have been with Afrihost for more than 5 years. Their customer focus is unmatched.
In 2020 I transferred one of my domains away from Afrihost to another service provider. Within a few months I regretted leaving Afrihost. The customer service at this new service provider was very poor, sometimes it would take a day for them to respond to queries and the only channel to lodge a query was through email.
Granted, their hosting package that I wanted was a bit cheaper by about R100. I soon learned that with some services you get what you pay for. I made a decision to transfer my domain back to Afrihost for great quality of service and I'm not trusting anyone with my webhosting needs for now. Afrihost are my go to guys, where I know that issues are attended to speedily.

I always get good service from Afrihost. The few times I had issues, it got sorted out very quickly. Consultant even gave suggestions for me to use for future. The WhatsApp service is very efficient.

Worlds better than webafrica. I just migrated back to Afrihost after a year away. Help is fast on the WhatsApp line and the agents know what they are talking about.
