Afrihost is amazing, they reply immediately on WhatsApp, oh and I mean immediately, 30 seconds is too long. Their only flaw is Vuma, you know Vuma, the one that doesn't reply to client emails and requests. But Afrihost talks to them for you, you don't have to do anything 🤌🏽

Best friendly service... best communication method for Deaf client even i don't have fibre in my area yet but they very helpful and i recommend any Deaf client should contact Afrihost if you have fibre in your area... Every time I have had a problem afrihost has helped. One time when I first got fibre and had to reset my router I got so fraustrated with my computer I told the chap from afrihost I will get someone else the next day to help me. The chap said to me my dear you will stay on the line with me and we will get it right together. We were on line from 4pm till just after 7pm when we got the router working and my computer connected. That is what I call dedication . Well done and thank you Afri host.
