I have been with Afrihost for many years, and it's been amazing! Network problems are almost nonexistent. I've probably had one issue for about 5 minutes in the last three years. My only complaint is that they offer nice promotions/specials to potentially new customers, but kind of neglect their existing customers with promotions/specials.

I've really not had any issues with Afrihost. When there are outages, they manage to get it fixed fairly quickly. They give constant updates on fixes. Their Whatsapp help is also very good. There has never been a time where they could not help me over Whatsapp to resolve my connection issues. All the staff have been kind so far.

Been a looong time user, and was remined again today, of why I have stuck with Afrihost through multiple network carriers. Great service in getting a carrier issue resolved speedily, again.
