I've been considering moving over to fibre, and naturally I tried various ISPs of which I encountered a technical issue and received no favorable help, told that it just means that I don't have coverage and it was just left at that. No resolve. I tried Afrihost eventually, encountered the same technical issue and instead of sending me away or killing my spirit - 2 agents helped me. The first Agent (Reabetswe M) logged the ticket of my issue to relevant departments. The second Agent (Hopewell M) tracked my case and gave me an update instantly. By far one of the best ISP around. Maybe i haven't heard of other companies but afrihost assist on weekends as well, which is excellent if you are having a movie or series marathon and the internet boms out suddenly. Anyway i recommend Afrihost. Also i hope i get n discount or maybe an internet boost for this review... ;)

Besides network speed that sometimes are less of what I have paid for ( it gets resolved within 24hours , its the BEST service I have an experience with, with regards to fiber. Client support is really a 10 out of 10 .
