Had a less than ideal experience with someone from support because they immediately thought they were addressing my issue instead of listening. I then called back and was met with someone else who took the time to ask questions 1st to fully understand the issue before working on the solution and hence knocking it out of the park.

All consultants are very friendly and kind, they're very responsive and forever ensures you understand they are working to resolve what your issues are by constantly checking in on the customer. I requested for an immediate call back service at 22:11 and the a lady called me immediately. I thought it was a hoax but everything they say about their reputation as a company and the level of service they offer, I'm glad to say that they're 110% correct. Been with Afrihost in multiple properties since 2019 and not used anyone else since. Will recommend them all day, everyday. Not saying there aren't some issues from time to time, but they are swift with fault finding, easy fault reporting through various avenues and prioritize keeping you connected.

What I like about them is that, they have a WIFI help platform which means you can send them pictures of all those technical funny stuff that you don't even understand as you go along so that you and the operator are on the same page ,and you don't have to worry much about whether you've explained the problem to them correctly because they see it as well. This reduced my anxiety as the client during the entire process. LOL, I was setting up my WIFI router just incase you're wondering as to what happened because I had recently switched from another service provider, and boy am I glad I did. Anyways, I think I will be stuck with these guys for a very long time, and thankfully by choice!
