Afrihost really are one of the best ISP’s. I tried signing up to a competitor who claim to be the best but they could not even get my order placed correctly when I moved homes. The competitors only way of communication was via messaging and the agents never responded in time. Afrihost is amazing. Speeds, no throttling, no issues. I even once was in the process of changing bank accounts and my debit order had not moved over yet, they didn't suspend services and gave me a further 19 days to pay the arrears. No other service provider does that. The support for customers are second to none. I had issues early on a Sunday morning, which was no fault of Afrihost but rather Openserve, but one Whatsapp message and an actual human being was on the opposite end of the chat and was able to update me on the Openserve issue, ETR and even apologized for the inconvenience caused which was no fault of Afrihost. Service like this is very hard to come by. Keep up the great service and work.

I have been with Afrihost since 2021, their customer service has been top notch and that’s why keeps me with them, they communicate if there are network issues and it’s highly unlikely that you struggle with network outages. Keep being the best service provider 🙏🏽

No problems with Afrihost contrary to some other people's experiences. Maybe I'm lucky, caught their support staff on a good day or they're trying the best they can and make mistakes sometime. Anyway, based on my experiences with my current fibre line, UPS, one domain with the low end shared hosting, I have received nothing but excellent service for the amount of money I pay every month.
