Hardly have any negative experience with their customer service and my WiFi and internet connection have been stable throughout my subscription, apart from one or two days out of the 3 years where WiFi or Internet connection was problematic either due to external sources or problems with my router. Just want to know if anyone could advise. Is it protocol to get billed for a service before Afrihost router got delivered? Pro rata amount was deducted from bank but it is unclear how long will I actually have to wait for delivery. So you have already paid for a service that you don't have.
