I was upgraded to a higher download speed in April 2020 and have been struggling to get assistance as to why I wasn't getting those speeds. Afrihost's Support is the BEST probally in the worls, all their Agents are both Professional & Helpfull, Afrihost just needs to match the prices offered by Webafrica Whose Customer support is disapointing and they would have everyone come to Afrihost. I regret moving to webafrica because i dint know how bad their support is till it was too late, but because of the price difference i had to stay for now, im eagerly watching Afrihost's prices, as soon as they match what im geting at webafrica, i ill definately move.

Afrihost is Legit. I've been with them for half a decade now and while at first I had tons of issues on telkom side, afrihost helped every time even though they knew only telkom could sort it out. I eventually made a template email, edited specific parts daily and logged a fault with the exact message daily, just different support assistant name and date, etc. They eventually sorted it, I had to bribe them to prioritize me. (Telkom) Since then service has been solid.. and that was about 3 years ago. No disconnects besides loadshedding. 100% uptime, no lag, consistent 8ms ping 45mb VDSL. Thank you Afrihost.
