What an experience! I decide to collect my router myself as I was too excited to wait for delivery. As soon as I entered the building, I felt this vibe of happiness and excitement. I couldn't help but notice the beautiful break/lunch area set out for the employees. The representative who assisted me (unfortunately his name was to long to remember) was extremely helpful, friendly and made me feel right at home. Switched from Telkom to Afrihost. No regrets! They always communicate with you if theres an outage and outages are very seldom for just a few hours. Customer service and internet etc from Afrihost is the best in town. An added bonus is that you can communicate with them via whatsapp.

Afrihost assisted me step by step through the reconnection process and sorted out the connection issues, and this was all done over Whatsapp with screen shots.
