I was helped by an agent called Raymond. I was assisted within 10min. There was no internet connection but the agent managed to figure it out before I could even understand what was happening myself. Great support 🥹

I’ve used Afrihost for longer than I can remember. I’ve used them for adsl lines back in the day and then vdsl (I actually tested their fair use policy and made it on the top 10 highest data users in the country and not shaped or throttled once on a 20Mb vdsl line) I’ve used them for small businesses and I’ve been with their mobile data plan for years now and working in the IT industry, I’ve dealt with a lot of service providers and as a data provider. I HIGHLY recommend Afrihost to everyone and anyone who has mtn! Use Afrihost data! One down side is that they rely on third party companies (helkom, frogfoot and whoever) almost all the issues I’ve had are with the physical providers. And Afrihost support has always been extremely helpful even with dealing with third parties like telkom. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ there. 6 stars. Afrihost is a solid data provider
