In the past, with Afrihost the phone experience was quite good. Agents listened, and came back with relevant - and generally accurate - feedback. On the other hand, my experience with WhatsApp is somewhat mixed. I have had good sessions there. But on one occasion an agent said he'd get back to me. He didn't, then he closed the chat. With the chat closed I can't hold him to account. I then thought I'd try again, so I started a new chat with a new agent. I gave her a summary of my query so she could mentally prepare for the chat we'd have. Instead she copied and pasted two paragraphs of sales material and closed the chat. I still don't have the answer I require. Also, the callback is a great idea, But not at 8:30AM. I appreciate the pressure you're under with call volumes, and the overall quality of service that Afrihost has maintained over the years. This is not a whinge, but pointers that I sincerely hope may help.

Quick effecient service. In a day and age where one takes a deep breath before reluctantly trying to contact a support desk, Afirihost is a breath of fresh air. Fast, effecient, friendly, effective.

Very reliable ISP, used them for years. Recently had to relocate line, and Xolani S. had me up and running in less than 30min at the new location, called me back to check it was working, etc... all round excellent service. You deserve a raise Xolani!

They are the best at response time and solutions. Highly recommend them. Best internet service provider experience I've had. No waiting for hours on a call or days for an email to be responded to. Quick and efficient. I ordwred my line yeatetday evening and got it all setup this morning. I had a hiccup and once I called was resolved within less than 5min.
