UPDATE 17:00 01/01/2017 Our team report that services have been restored and the network has stabilised in the South region. Affected clients have also reported that they are back online. We’d like to thank our clients for their patience during the outage. We will continue to monitor the network and performance levels.

UPDATE 11:00 01/01/2017 Our network engineers have confirmed that the current outage is due to a fibre break in our network infrastructure in the South Region. The fibre is being repaired and our team are also investigating workaround options, should this be required. Our priority is to minimise the impact to affected clients as quickly as possible.
