Our SIMs are for smart and not-so-smart phones and will fit most of the latest devices.
Make sure to always first check which SIM size your device takes before breaking the SIM. Using an incorrectly sized SIM can damage the device and void the warranty.
It depends on whether you are getting a new number or porting your existing number to AirMobile.
If you’re getting a new number from AirMobile.
Insert (or download) the SIM into the device. Network configuration settings will automatically be sent to your device. Alternatively, you can manually set up your APN by visiting setup.airmobile.co.za.
If you're porting to AirMobile.
Once you receive your new AirMobile SIM card, please DO NOT insert it into a device until the porting process is complete. When you get your SIM, visit setup.airmobile.co.za for a step-by-step guide.
You can choose to pay either via Debit Order or Credit Card. You can easily manage your payment details in ClientZone or the App.
The standard AirMobile call rate to all South African networks is 64c per minute (charged per second). This call rate is available as standard on AirMobile SIMs. Visit our AirMobile call rates page for more information.

With Auto Top Up enabled, you'll be topped up with mini bundles (airtime and/or data) until a specific maximum you set is reached.
This allows you to have control to avoid bill shock, but the flexibility to not get cut off when it matters most.

From here, you can set your own Auto Top Up rules, or if you prefer to top up manually, you can disable this function.
