Love the fact that Afrihost returns a WhatsApp within minutes
Their staff knows the products and services excellent. And the fact that if you still old school like me that sometimes want to speak to a person not a bot … they have actual support personnel that you can speak to…. Not a bot that frustrates the living hell of you and asking a whole lot of stupid questions not relates to your issue

My line with RSAWeb was cancelled. I've been very disappointed by their service lately. Their pricing didn't link accordingly with their service levels.

The entire morning I was battling to get confirmation from Supersonic regarding my order. I phoned, but no answer. I sent WhatsApp messages, no reply. I cancelled my order with Supersonic.

I signed up with Afrihost. My fiber line was activated same day and my router arranged.

After I failed to connect the router for WiFi, Afrihost assisted me to connect my existing router so we can have WiFi while waiting for the new router. Quick and effective assistance received.

I received my router. I had challenges with the settings and Ricky took me step by step via WhatsApp. I'm sorted and everything is in order.
I haven't experienced this level of service in a very long time.
Afrihost is the service provider you need. Their service levels are very high, support staff are quick and efficient. They easily get a 10/10 rating from me.
I have faster Mbps at a cheaper rate with Afrihost and excellent service on top of it. That's a powerful combination to have 💪🏽💯

It's always a pleasure for me when I queried something with Afrihost they always come back to me. If asked them to give me a call back they do that and is always helpful. I can say the same when chatting on WhatsApp. I remember when I forgot to transfer my money from my one account so the money could be debited and my wifi was disconnected, I used the app to asked to give me a call and they were professional with their assistance and I was sorted immediately, great service. I even got my friend to join as well, I always recommend people if they asked about your service. Well done from my side keep on keeping on👍

I believe in 'traditional' customer service..everyone should be treated equally and with patience and respect.
