They are the best at response time and solutions. Highly recommend them. Best internet service provider experience I've had. No waiting for hours on a call or days for an email to be responded to. Quick and efficient. I ordwred my line yeatetday evening and got it all setup this morning. I had a hiccup and once I called was resolved within less than 5min. Service is always really good and they've proven reliable over the last 2 years. My only issue is that their phone lines don't work on holidays and weekends. They do have a very helpful WhatsApp help centre that's available daily, but it also has shorter hours on weekends and holidays. So if you have an issue on a holiday, depending on the time, you might have to sit tight until normal business hours
