I have lived in the USA since 2008, and yet my heart remains tied to the resilience and warmth I see in everyday South Africans. Afrihost is great service provider. Based on area and Fibre provider, they are no longer the most cost effective unfortunately. Another price increase means I will be looking for cheaper alternates. Possibly even LTE sadly.

Had problem with wifi connectivity when I woke up on the morning of 12/01/25. Had no internet access and was unable to get agents outside of the operating times. Did leave a request for call back and waited for WhatsApp line to be opened at 7am. They called me very quickly shortly after 7am and also had an agent on WhatsApp assisting me and they rectified my connection which was a glitch on their side. Very professional and patient team. So far a good service provider and will recommend them for quality service providers.
