Pricing and Quality of service is on point - second to none. Every single time I email support for assistance im constantly blown away at the speed of the reply and the tech knowledge - politeness and care.
Last support ticket your engineers even took the initiative to deduce what I was trying to do never mind only fixing the error i created on the platform backend. They took initiative to give me the answer to what I was working on - and to advise that they are available to support me fixing it if I so wanted. WOOOOW!!!!

Afrihost's support and online self manage system works so well that I will not even consider using a different web host or fibre service provider. Service always trumps prices although their prices are still very good.

Afrihost is Legit. I've been with them for half a decade now and while at first I had tons of issues on telkom side, afrihost helped every time even though they knew only telkom could sort it out. I eventually made a template email, edited specific parts daily and logged a fault with the exact message daily, just different support assistant name and date, etc. They eventually sorted it, I had to bribe them to prioritize me. (Telkom) Since then service has been solid.. and that was about 3 years ago. No disconnects besides loadshedding. 100% uptime, no lag, consistent 8ms ping 45mb VDSL. Thank you Afrihost.

We are moving, and need a new internet service provider. Shopping around, I tried Afrihost. And what a great experience I had with their WhatsApp chats help! A real person answers immediately, never gives up and guided me through all my questions. I am impressed and very grateful! I had more than one helper, but would like a special mention to Keshia G, who even offered to get my account verified from her side, which she did. I am now sorted, and a very happy client.

My website server was down for several days, my I.T provider was terribly slow to assist. I looked up afrihost help desk on my own, with little knowledge on the issue . Sent a watsapp to their help desk and received awesome service. Totally exceeded my expectations. We are back online
