I was helped by an agent called Raymond. I was assisted within 10min. There was no internet connection but the agent managed to figure it out before I could even understand what was happening myself. Great support 🥹

My line had just been activated, but I needed to have the router from Afrihost in order to actually connect to the internet despite the line being "active". Dineo M assisted me to set up my current router to ensure that I have access to the internet until the router from Afrihost arrives! 10 stars!!! Patience and outstanding customer service!! Awesome awesome awesome. Knew what my issue was causing the delay in the activation of my Fibre service and also knew what was needed from my side to speed up the process. All this via WhatsApp and not on a call where I am put on hold until I get to consultant available.
