With any business it has to be customer centric and in my most recent experience this was the case. It may not always be so in the future, but in this case it was. I was not happy with some of the service under lockdown. Today I was given proper service and follow-ups without me even expecting the follow-up. Fair is fair, I gave them a bad rating when I wasn't happy. I have to give them 5 stars based on today's service as well as the good service in the last year.
