Whenever there is a connection issue, it is resolved quickly, even when the fault is with one of the fibre providers. After a recent lightning storm, the router was struck. Afrihost client support did everything they could from their side to confirm where the issue could be. Diagnosis steps are easy to follow and suggestions are clear and worthwhile. Connectivity is restored quickly and is always up to the specified speeds. Problems will happen but the attitude that Afrihost has proves that they are the best.

I visited the Rivonia Afrihost office. Was impressed with the service from Dennis, now my line is working after i cancelled the order with them, that was chased with the WhatsApp department.
