So, in my view this is the best ISP. Their pricing is slightly higher than competitors but it’s worth it. I’ve never been left hanging with queries, there’s always someone who helps me on WhatsApp, telephonically or I can resolve the issue on clientzone (their website) been using them since 2019 and I’m very happy still at 2023.

Afrihost renders excellent client services throughout. They respond quickly when you request assistance. Their interactions are friendly, kind, understanding, and professional throughout the process. Very good service friendly and very helpfull. I have been with Afrihost for many many years and i have very little problems. But if i havea problem they fix it very quickly and very professionaly. The best not like Rain uncapped Wifi. Endless problems with their product so i am back on my old Afrihost pakage.
