Hardly have any negative experience with their customer service and my WiFi and internet connection have been stable throughout my subscription, apart from one or two days out of the 3 years where WiFi or Internet connection was problematic either due to external sources or problems with my router. All in all, great service and happy with my product.

I once had issues while in the U.S. and had my OTP set to cellphone number and therefore could retrieve it. I chatted to an agent on the WhatsApp channel and all issues were resolved instantly.
