Good quality service. I had an issue with my line, but The whatsapp option to raise issues is awesome. Feedback is provided very quickly and my issues resolved within less than 15 minutes. No issues from my side. Rarely do we have internet issues or experience long periods of downtime.

Once again, I found out why I deeply regretted changing ISP's and not stayed with Afrihost. I am currently in a serious debacle and battle with another ISP. A person can never reach anyone and if you are connected on a chat, your answers never receive a straight answer, unlike Afrihost. Went on their whatsapp chat tonight, answered the initial questions, posed my questions and within minutes I received all the information I needed. I can't wait for the end of August 2025 to go back to Afrihost. Will recommend Afrihost to everyone and anyone that is looking for a solid, professional ISP that gets the job done!! I have been with Afrihost for more than 5 years. Their customer focus is unmatched. In 2020 I transferred one of my domains away from Afrihost to another service provider. Within a few months I regretted leaving Afrihost. The customer service at this new service provider was very poor, sometimes it would take a day for them to respond to queries and the only channel to lodge a query was through email. Granted, their hosting package that I wanted was a bit cheaper by about R100. I soon learned that with some services you get what you pay for. I made a decision to transfer my domain back to Afrihost for great quality of service and I'm not trusting anyone with my webhosting needs for now. Afrihost are my go to guys, where I know that issues are attended to speedily. Keep up the great service guys!

Excellent customer service. The whatsapp chat operators are very efficient - taking the time to understand your query and resolving it efficiently. My internet is also working great. If you are looking for a new service provider that has great customer service - I'd say give Afrihost a try. Impressive service.
