I requested a callback and got the call within minutes, chatted on Whatsapp, got a response within minutes... 200% better service than I received with my previous two internet providers.. Getting better every day. I have been with Afrihost for over 12 Years. The support or help service seems to be more focused toward beginners and new clients and there are a few too many processes to have to navigate through before you can get to experienced support staff (from a Reseller or experienced user Perspective) but as I say, getting better every day.
