Honestly though the prices can be a bit higher the service and quality is fantastic. Rarely ever have issues with the fibre and after getting off the line to fix one issue it was so fast and painless to solve and there was no communication issues whatsoever.

UPDATE: Since their WhatsApp call centre opened we experience MUCH better service. Thank you! My rating is based on the waiting time and the process of being served. They ask for your name when you come in but you don't get allocated a number and reception doesn't ask what your query is. Can't you assign a ticket to the customer like the banks do? Surely it's not that complicated...
