Vumatel technicians failed to install my fibre line and wouldn't recommend them at all. I then changed to Openserve and received fast excellent service.

I'm a website developer and today I had some problems with the setting up a new website, I could not The account details that usually is sent to me through e-mail did not arrive when after 4 calls and talking to 4 different people still no results forthcoming I then talked to a lady named Nokuthula and this was a total disgrace as she did not know what were account details I was looking for When told that I was looking for User and password she simply ignored me. My frustration is now immense but by hook or crook I managed to get the necessary user and password the site was eventually up but it can not be seen on phones I was told but another person that they had to tweak something on the server, but I must write an email for them to do that I sent email and 2 hour later I still have no joy. Being a customer with AFRIHOST for the last 16 years this is no way to treat a customer. PURE JOY, NO SIR you are not. Shame on all of you for not being professional and caring.

Marilize keep up the good work, you really know what customer service is! South Africans service provides have lost a touch and understanding of what Customer Service is, except for Marilize from Afrihost! Big up! I'm impressed and I appreciate it!
