Afrihost helped me very quickly to resolve my issue with Fibre and they resolved my issue within the hour where Vodacom couldn't assist me after I had signed a sales order with Vodacom and they terminated my service without my knowledge.

I've really not had any issues with Afrihost. When there are outages, they manage to get it fixed fairly quickly. They give constant updates on fixes. Their Whatsapp help is also very good.
