Afrihost is yet to call back. 9APR2025 - Changed Bank account debit details all on line with the help of admin chat with person via WhatsApp - Very good experience. Person interaction 5 out of 5. Just want to know if anyone could advise. Is it protocol to get billed for a service before Afrihost router got delivered? Pro rata amount was deducted from bank but it is unclear how long will I actually have to wait for delivery. So you have already paid for a service that you don't have.
