Not once did I have to repeat myself. This excellence of service is in fact a norm when dealing with Afrihost, and the main reason I have remained with them for over 10 years. Samuel assisted me for 2 hours trying to connect my router. Like in really from 16 to 18 and stayed calm throughout the whole time, ,something I couldn't do... he is a real asset to Afrihost with allot of patience .
