Everything was explained so well. Person I chatted to was very patient with me. I'm not very clued up with this kind of technology and what is offered. I was told about whatever I wanted to know.

I recently received my eSIM from Afrihost, and although I haven’t started using it yet, I’m already very impressed with the service I received. The process of getting the eSIM was smooth and efficient, with clear communication every step of the way. What stood out the most was the excellent customer support. The team was helpful, responsive, and made sure all my questions were answered promptly, which gave me confidence in the service. Based on this experience so far, I would definitely recommend Afrihost for their professionalism and outstanding customer service. I’m looking forward to using the eSIM soon!
