I was assisted by Prince on the Afrihost whatsaap help centre, firstly there was no waiting time, Prince immediately texted me and helped me with an issue that another ISP could not help me with, he did this within a couple of minutes, sent proof and assured me that my issue will be handled accordingly. So far happy with the service. Placed the ordered yesterday around 11am and they were here this morning at 9.30 to install the Fibre line. Just waiting for the delivery of the router. My rating is subject to change depending now on the delivery and the connection.
