We often do not reward service levels, today I shall. Afrihost has certainly raised its game with regards to service. With any business it has to be customer centric and in my most recent experience this was the case. It may not always be so in the future, but in this case it was. My query was regards to Fibre and moving from one ISP to the next.

They had a nationwide issue that was resolved, but I still could not connect. Contacted them via WhatsApp and 5 minutes later the issue was resolved. Great service, no wasted time, just a quick resolution.

There is no better Internet Host - Provider than Afrihost in South Africa. You can try - but as a host of multiple website for over 20 years, laying out fibre, you will make a big mistake using anyone else than Afrihost. I've learned my lesson the hard way, do not fall in the same trap - just use Afrihost!
