December started with a sour experience with Web Africa where it took 9 days for them to tell me that I would only have internet around Christmas at my new unit. Been my isp in the adsl times, and I only left because a rival was the only one supplying fibre at my house. Moving back to afrihost now as fibre is now available through them as well. I am paying a little bit more for their service as well, so should tell you everything about what I think of them. Great company.

I contacted Afrihost via WhatsApp this morning and didn't have much faith that I would be assisted, based on experience from other companies. All I can say is Wow, how I was proved wrong. Musa Khumalo promptly assisted me, and in no time my issue was resolved. Well done, it gave me hope that there is still customer service out there.
