Might be a bit more expensive than their competitors, but the service delivery makes it worth every penny. I have never struggled with an issue for longer than 20 minutes during all the years using them as my ISP, come weekends and even public holidays. More ISP's should strive for this excellence.

I have been using Afrihost for business hosting services for almost 10 years. Over the years their service just keeps getting greater! The WhatsApp channel support is amazing and timeous! I once had issues while in the U.S. and had my OTP set to cellphone number and therefore could retrieve it. I chatted to an agent on the WhatsApp channel and all issues were resolved instantly. OUTSTANDING SERVICE BY COMFORT AT AFRIHOST I was without Wi-Fi/ Internet/ WhatsApp for 20 hours. My 5 year old D-Link Modem (Router) packed-up. The fibre network at our home was installed by Vumatel but it is serviced by Afrihost. Comfort, a lady working at Afrihost provided outstanding customer service this morning. The old D-Link router was reset, various logins attempts were made and she came to the conclusion that the router had come to the end of its life. She quickly organised a replacement modem (at no cost to me) and offered me the option of having the new modem delivered to our premises or I could collect the device from Afrihost. I chose the latter as I was in a great hurry to get back to the internet. My WiFi/ Internet/ WhatsApp are now up and running and back to normal. What a relief! Kudos to Comfort who is very knowledgeable and professional and Kudos to Afrihost👏👍👌5 Star Service⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
