Ordered their Pure LTE package. From ordering off their website to receiving my package in hand was less than 24hrs. Brilliant service guys - Thankyou! They even prepared the router for me so all I had to do was plug in which was flawless. MTN and Vodacom… you guys have no understanding of Customer & Service.

Thank you for your help. The service has been outstanding! I signed up with RSA web last week with a promise it would Activated on the 15th, when I called them yesterday they were still busy with the process and said they still needed to do an affordability check lol, I cancelled last night and signed up with afrihost and within 24 hours I have fibre. Something they couldn't do in 7 days you guys didn't in 24 hours. You guys are really awesome!

Ordering our 5G package online was incredibly easy, the process was smooth, intuitive, and we were guided every step of the way with no hassles. The router was pre-configured before delivery, so all we had to do was plug it in and connect. We've been enjoying excellent, uninterrupted service ever since, and it's surprisingly affordable too! Delivery was lightning-fast, the router arrived the very next day. The courier from CourierIT was absolutely amazing. We had a medical emergency and missed the delivery, but they called later to check if my son was okay, asked if we were home, and offered to deliver it within minutes.
