Nothing beats client communication. No waiting time, no AI robot to give you the run around. Just pure human empathy and attention. Keep it up guys. My issue was resolved in no time. Highly recommend AfriHost

Afrihost has been around for sometime now, before wifi became fashionable. The agents are quite knowlegeable and patient. Very good service from Afrihost

No ISP comes close to what Afrihost can deliver. They talk the talk, and they definitely walk the walk. I recently moved from that horrid "lime green ISP" - best decision ever made! Rather stick with Afrihost who knows what it means to be customer centric and provide excellent service.

Zinhle Mbense

Khanyisile was extremely patient and efficient. May not have been able to give a solution to my network issue but came up with an alternative solution. I just switched from another service provider and I’m glad I did!! Super consultant!!

AMT Tsoadi

I would definitely recommend this company any time. Thier help desk via WhatsAap is totally functioning on a pro level. No waiting for hours to be assisted. Within minutes you are connected to a consultant ready to assist. Best communication channel and the customer App is on Point.

Jacobus Strydom

Installation was on time, neatly done and connection activated with no troubles. Thank you Afrihost. Moving to a new installation address soon, let's hope the infrastructure provider is as switched on as Afrihost ISP services :-) One year later, Afrihost significantly upgraded the speed on more than one occasion, while keeping the cost the same. Service requests were attended to promptly and easily - the WhatsApp chat service channel is a winner! Very effective, and much more convenient than holding the line and burning airtime. Still a happy customer!
