On the whole a good ISP - no one has 100% connectivity so there will always be a few issues. But Afrihost are a good ISP for our home office needs.

This person helped me with everything I asked for, and actually I had a smile on my face. I can truly say, if this is how they treat you then there service should definitely be the same. If you deal with a consultant named Sipho Mnguni, he is a true asset to the company and if all employees can follow his example then Afrihost would lose less clients. Identified the problem, explained how to test for the solution, walks you through the process step by step. Afrihost I hope you see this and make this guy a Manager because your customer service process would be much smoother and you'll have more consultants actually wanting to assist the clients and knowing how to and what they are doing, instead of irritating a client or making it seem like it is the customers fault.
