i had patchy internet and used their whatsapp help line on the clientzone website. regina g assisted me quickly and efficiently. she was able to alert me to the fact that maintenance work was underway on the exchange in my area. a second great experience with the whatsapp help. my data ran out and after topiing up i couldn't reconnect properly. i was assisted with little wait bu thulani, professionally helped and had the problem sorted in a short time. great service.

I was satisfied with Afrihost. I think it's quicker to use the WhatsApp platform. I submitted my request for emigration 0n 12 Oct and on 15 Oct it was active. This is because there was no cabling required I was using my old connection and device. Also, I made follow-up via WhatsApp which enables prompt action on their side. I find it much easier TO CONTACT than my previous ISP. I highly recommend. Their service so far is good.
