Great from start to finish! Second account I am proudly opening with Afrihost! A friend messaged me while busy with the registration, asking me what I was doing... Told him "signing up with Afrihost"... He replied that I was making the biggest mistake ever, I should rather use *******. I told him to call back later as I want to complete my Afrihost registration without interruptions - and that I have been an Afrihost client for almost 10 years with NO issues! Call ended, he forwarded me a brochure of the company he was referring to... 5x times more expensive, I kid you not. Domain registered with Afrihost and ready to use in under an hour! Great service!

Afrihost, amazing reviews will keep coming. Jesse and all your other support staff that I have chatted to since day one has been nothing but amazing. My queries are always handled efficiently, with the greatest of care and support, I often feel I should be paying you for the best customer service I have ever experienced. I should know, I have worked in customer service almost my entire life. You guys are amazing , and your support staff better than any chat team or call center I have ever dealt with. You run miles around your competitors. Thank you! Thank you! I am still in awe of just how valued you wonderful people make me feel, every time I interact with you.

As usual Afrihost are on top of their game with real effective customer service and assistance.....you actually communicate with a real live person and not some generic list of Q&As like Vodacom and Dstv......WHAT A PLEASURE. Thank you Afrihost...
