Awesome network service, if I do have a problem it gets sorted the same day. Would recommend Afrihost to anyone and they way cheaper than your big mobile companies. On top of it if you have an Mtn sim you don't need to get an extra sim you can use all the products relating to your mobile. Thanks afrihost for the awesome service.

My 2 year LTE contract with a mobile service provider ended in March 2020 - about the time when we had a national lockdown because of Covid-19. I have then decided to take the fibre option from one of the big cellular providers. These guys sent me from pillar to POST with the router, the temporary LTE and getting me up and running. When I contacted Afrihost, I have been assisted telephonically to determine my requirements. They've handled all the admin of cancelling the service which I did not receive from the other service provider and I have received my router on the same day. Afrihost did not dissapoint! It was the first time that I have received such great and quality service from a big brand in South Africa!!! I was able to work from home, with quality high speed internet!!! We often do not reward service levels, today I shall. Afrihost has certainly raised its game with regards to service. With any business it has to be customer centric and in my most recent experience this was the case. It may not always be so in the future, but in this case it was. My query was regards to Fibre and moving from one ISP to the next.
