Afrihost customer service is fantastic and it has been a pleasure to start an account and deal with them and their superb deals. HOWEVER, one of the courier companies that they use is useless and has a terrible rating so I am not sure why they still use them. Really puts a damper on the great service from Afrihost. Hoping if anyone sees this they can be aware, and also, if someone at Afrihost is reading this perhaps its something to reconsider as I am imagine I am not the only person who has had issues with Courier-it.

In my experience Afrihost more stable despite using same fibre provider as competitors. The support rarely leaves me with a problem as well. Recommend them anytime.

Afrihost is honestly the best especially with their chat function, I love how helpful, patient and polite the agents were and the fact that they stayed with me to help resolve the matter, I would recommend them to anyone, because they don't waste time instead they make sure that your issue is well resolved in time all the time.

Twice Afrihost in conjunction with the fibre line provider have quickly responded and resolved issues with the physical line. The last resolution was done on the same day the issue was reported.

I've just moved from another isp to afrihost. So far so good. Hopefully, I don't have to change the rating in the future. Love the support as they make you feel like you are the number 1 priotory.
