I dealt with Tumelo T on netflix's infamous error code nw-2-5. Honestly the best experience with a technical agent. Tumelo was thorough and considerate throughout, ensuring all changes reflected and updated. Sure, it felt like going through the wringer of a compsci paper mess but damn if it wasn't Handled. Afrihost is amazing, recommend them easily to everyone. They just need to figure out how to proactively notify their customers when the network is down. But I think they all have this issue.
