They are a little bit expensive but they are hardly ever Down. On the few occasions that I’ve had to contact the technical support via WhatsApp – they were able to sort me out quickly. The only downside is the technical support is not 24 /7

High levels of customer service, rarely any issues, will take a lot for me to consider moving. My recent interaction with them was top notch as usual πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

Many channels to have any issues resolved, service is very good. I've never had any issues with afrihost. It's generally the end infrastructure provider that's the problem and afrihost does a good job relaying the issue and getting it resolve. Probably the best provider is SA at the moment I'd say
