Easily some of the best customer-experience in SA. Now using them for my 5/6th time for an internet or mobile product -- fast responses, (normally) easy info/instructions etc.

I’ve used Afrihost for longer than I can remember. I’ve used them for adsl lines back in the day and then vdsl (I actually tested their fair use policy and made it on the top 10 highest data users in the country and not shaped or throttled once on a 20Mb vdsl line) I’ve used them for small businesses and I’ve been with their mobile data plan for years now and working in the IT industry, I’ve dealt with a lot of service providers and as a data provider. I HIGHLY recommend Afrihost to everyone and anyone who has mtn! Use Afrihost data! One down side is that they rely on third party companies (helkom, frogfoot and whoever) almost all the issues I’ve had are with the physical providers. And Afrihost support has always been extremely helpful even with dealing with third parties like telkom. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ there. 6 stars. Afrihost is a solid data provider

I’ve been an unhappy Telkom customer for a while now and after joining Afrihost they made Telkom’s customers service seem non-existent. I am very happy with Afrihost’s WhatsApp chat platform and the swift response to your queries. Also with their new Pure DSL say goodbye to landlines and the grip that Telkom had on the industry. Thank you Afrihost for this initiative and always evolving with new and exciting ideas to always put your customers first. You guys rock!!!!!!

Afrihost is an inexpensive, reliable internet service provider. They piggy-back on my MTN sim card so I don't have to carry a wifi dongle around. The consultants are very confident and knowledgeable so if you have any questions, they are able to assist you quickly and efficiently.

For months we have been battling to resolve two of our accounts with regard to encryption - NO LUCK for months all our mail goes out as SPAM, even internal mails are received as SPAM - for months been battling with it and Khanyisilo at Afrihost resolved it all in no time at all.

So far the best company that offers prompt, clear and end to end troubleshooting with their clients until all parties are happy. They always keep their promise to the customer, be it a call back or WhatsApp support.

Afrihost still the BEST Internet Provider, AND a certain gentleman went extra EXTRA MILE with illiterate Lingo and understanding ziltz of Fibre and Speed etc person like me!🤫🤫🥳🥳

Afrihost as an ISP overall, gets no star. However these stars are for Neo M. She is absolutely amazing and if I had a company, I would employ her at the drop of a hat. She has restored my faith in your call centre and went above and beyond to help me. Wow! Love you Neo! You've just made my day. You will achieve great things and should be promoted to top level management, and replace the current CEO. Afrihost is a better place, just by having you there. Godspeed.
