My line is always running at the speed I pay for. Almost all technicians are helpful and quickly available. I have used Afrihost for 3 years and shall continue to do so.

Doesn't matter what time of the day it is - Afrihost is there to assist - I had late night problems and they still called back - the WhatsApp service is brilliant - quick and easy! Afrihost have been amazing in my area, I have been with them for many years now and I have been down maybe four days in total. When other people are complaining that they are down on Frogfoot I am up with no issues thanks to Afrihost, best ISP in the country, hands down.

In the last 4 to 5 years we have had no issues with them. Outages did occur but were quickly resolved and Helpers were very kind and efficient at relaying information.

Internet infrastructure is a delicate house of cards and issues are bound to crop up but Afrihost has shown time and again that they are willing to go the extra mile to quickly resolve issues when they show up

So far the experience is great. Service is good, and we will see once the router arrives and we actually move over, but the onboarding is excellent

I am nervous of online help because I don’t understand all the terminology. Afrihost doesn’t have a local person to pop around. Your previous consultant taught me to take photo’s and ask questions which has helped me a lot. Alfred explained everything very well.
