I was having trouble with webafrica for a whole month I've been wanting fibre but it was one problem after another...with afrihost I managed to place an order and had it confirmed in less than 20mins.

Great service providers. In the year and a half I've subscribed to their services, I haven't had any issues and have been assisted efficiently with all queries.

Service is always really good and they've proven reliable over the last 2 years. My only issue is that their phone lines don't work on holidays and weekends. They do have a very helpful WhatsApp help centre that's available daily, but it also has shorter hours on weekends and holidays. So if you have an issue on a holiday, depending on the time, you might have to sit tight until normal business hours
