As far as their customer service is concerned, they're the best company I've had interactions with. Even with the most frustrating issues — that can sometimes take much longer than anticipated to resolve — I've always found them responsive, patient and helpful. It's great to see a company that makes an effort to train their consultants to attend to clients with the respect and patience they afford you, and to do so consistently irrespective of who the luck of the draw allocates you to. I find Afrihost the perfect hosting solution for all my business and client business needs. Their interface and portal are very user-friendly and am able to find any of their helpful staff members on the other side of WhatsApp if I run into quandaries or need some guidance. 10/10. You won't be disappointed.

My complaints were literally from a little less familiarity with how things worked. So, in my confusion I may have felt an exaggerated level of disappointment. But it takes cool, calm, respectful...very respectful and above all, professional people to address a confused and angry individual, and leave them smiling! Great impact Afrihost team. Every agent I have interacted with has been a tard too much respectful it got a little irritating and embarrassing, actually!

Besides network speed that sometimes are less of what I have paid for ( it gets resolved within 24hours , its the BEST service I have an experience with, with regards to fiber. Client support is really a 10 out of 10 .

I received assistance from a gentleman by the name Hector N. I had an issue with my router as I spilled water on it, which made it switch off, then I dried it, waited for a day or two, then tried it again, then it switched back on, but there were no WAN options to choose from. 1. Firstly, Hector helped me understand the functions of an ONT, the LAN cable, the router and how all these three parts make up what connects me to the internet. 2. The router was clearly damaged, so we tried another, the access points of the new router showed up but there was no internet 3. Hector suggested I get a new router then he taught me how to do the activation so I don't need to reach out to Afrihost again This was such an eye opening session and I give Hector a 10/10, Afrihost as well, I have been with them since 2017 and I am still a happy customer
