Hi, I am an Afrihost fibre user and rarely have connections problems unlike many neighbours in our complex. Also, getting in contact with a consultant improves my understanding and ability of some IT terms. Keep up with the good work Afrihost.

Two years ago I wrote a 3 star review but things have changed since then. When I signed up in 2019, the LTE connectivity was excellent even during loadshedding and stayed that way for a little over a year. Then there was an MTN network outage in January 2021, and after that I had almost zero connectivity during long blackouts, which impacted my productivity. That's when I wrote the 3-star review. I don't know what they did to solve the problem, but around January 2022 the connectivity was as good as it was during loadshedding when I first signed up. After about two years they rewarded my loyalty to them by doubling my monthly data allocation with ZERO price increase, and my router was paid off as well so my monthly instalment actually decreased a little bit. We've been through a pandemic and we're in the midst of the worst economic crisis and the most rapid and frequent inflation increases I've ever had the misfortune of living through, but I've never had to worry about Afrihost. I'm a "difficult" customer, but I had to change my review because as critical as I am of unstable corporates and their non-existent customer service, I'm also quick to applaud business excellence. I have no idea what they're doing or what kind of system they've got in place, but all I can say is that they're doing it right. They're the one brand I'll stay loyal to no matter the cost.

I have on several occasions used Afrihost for fibre connectivity and they are quick and efficient and no holding on in callcentre queues, simply contact them on whatsapp or self service on their app CS Zone which is really easy to navigate.

I've had various products with Afrihost for more than 10 years and it has always been a positive experience. They are easy to deal with and one of the most affordable providers available (especially if you consider the upgrades they have provided over the years, often at reduced or no additional cost).

Everytime I have an issue, I am helped speedily and professionally. I don't have to stress about our domain hosting aspect of our Practice as I know I'm getting full support from Afrihost. Simple and efficient. I would highly recommend them to any new start up. Their costing comes in competitively and at a budget that will suit you.

Afrihost Fibre services is truly on top of their game with Service excellence and value for money products. I wish they keep up their great service and remain most competitive in their product costs

Always easy to contact and Always fix my problem within minutes that's if I even have a problem which has been probably twice since I've had the wifi...Telkom should take some notes from Afrihost

Afrihost is a great isp. I’ve been with them for over a year now and haven’t picked up one issue with them which is very rare when it comes to such big companies.

We have been with Afrrihost since the start of ADSL. Afrihost is the most cost effective of all the ISPs. They have upgraded the speed of the line on a few occasions at no extra cost. They evev upgraded our fibre from capped to uncapped at no extra cost. They relocated our fibre in a very short time. Support staff usually answer queries very quickly and are friendly and helpful. The owner of Afrihost Giaan, often contacts us personally about free upgrades and promotions. Afrihost is a very personalised ISP. Comparing our fibre speed it is cheaper than other ISPs.

Brilliant assistance form Apfe (sp) very knowledgeable and helpful without a hint of condescension or sarcasm, an excellent example of what not only caring but also loving what you do, give them a raise or a promotion, That’s an asset right there

As a technically challenged person I normally confuse everyone trying to help me electronically, but today I was helped by Thabo from Afrihost in record time. He has been well trained by them on customer satisfaction and technically too. Afrihost is one of the very few companies I can clearly believe who understand their customers and do their utmost to help us.👍👊

Rarely have I needed to get in contact with customer service but everytime I have, I've always been relieved at how competent and friendly everyone is.

Afrihost service is really tops. Love how they're available on WhatsApp and are quick to respond and helpful. They have never given me any good reason to consider any other provider and they just keep up the good work. Awesome.

Had a banking connection issue.. Whatapped the contact centre and issue was resolved quickly. Third time using this service and issues always resolved quickly or they come out quickly to site and resolve. Thank you.
