They are very helpful, and take the time to understand your issue and explain things to you. Your issues aren’t rushed to get you out of the queue and move onto the next person.

Ive been using Afrihost for various services for over 7 years. Regardless of the service I used (hosting, reselling or even internet), they have been dynamic, adaptive and cost efficient.

Friendly staff, prompt responding and advisory via WhatsApp line. Haven't experienced any bad experiences with them. Since inception of my account with them. Everything I did through them was dealt with through their online channels.

In these days of bot-chatting where you get all the wrong answers to a question, it remains refreshing to be able to always speak with a real person at Afrihost. I sadly have to cancel my subscription because I am moving to an estate where connectivity is part of the service offering by the estate. I can only hope that I will receive the same level of excellent service.
