I was with Afrihost years ago with only the best service and quick response when a fault occurred. I moved to my current location and were with another ISP and not so happy. I decided to go back to Afrihost and while the problem is not fully resolved yet, the service on their WhatsApp line on Saturday was professional, helpful and friendly. UPDATE: Since their WhatsApp call centre opened we experience MUCH better service. Thank you! My rating is based on the waiting time and the process of being served. They ask for your name when you come in but you don't get allocated a number and reception doesn't ask what your query is. Can't you assign a ticket to the customer like the banks do? Surely it's not that complicated...
