My worst mistake ever is to left Afrihost to MWEB, Afrihost customer service is super and I'm coming back, now I started with the airmobile next is the fibre and voip

The Afrihost App is simply awesome. I am able to see my usage for my, and my family’s devices all for data, airtime and sms. Top up is just so easy. I can move data between devices. Invoices can be quickly transferred via Airdrop. Their presentation of everything is clear, concise and comprehensible. Card payments work perfectly. 10/10 guys. Well done !

RHulani called after I had endless conversations with the consultants ladies who were so rude when I needed help then added up giving 30 days notice for cancellation. He made me changed my mind and continued to stay with Afrihost . His professionalism was amazing I revoked my cancellation because of him.

I’ve been a customer of Afrihost for a long time now - since the dark pre-fibre days - and I have had only a few experiences requiring their support, but I can say that all of them have been about as good as they could have been. I’m definitely a fan of this company.

Terence Brunette

I wanted a second independent fiber connection to the same house address - one apartment upstairs with a tenant in another apartment downstairs. AFTER 5 weeks with constant following up, YodaCom told me: "that's very complicated, impossible". Afrihost - carefully went through entire process with me, very patient agent communicating via Whatsapp, all organized, second apartment no problem, all sorted. Highly recommend Afrihost.

Anthony Fisser

Was assisted by Khululiwe Z to help release a fibre line from a previous tenant's ISP, they are probably still waiting for vumatel to get back to them but the assistance was great and friendly
