Afrihost has above and beyond exceeded our expectations. We had a major issue with the previous tenant of our unit not wanting to cancel his line and thus blocked our "installation". After 3 days of speaking to the wrong people, I contacted Afrihost directly. By the time they received my call I was sobbing on the phone and the one consultant stayed on the line with me for FORTY FIVE MINUTES exploring EVERY possible option he could. After he couldnt help (where HE almost started crying) he transferred me to another agent who again did everythign in HIS power to assist. Once they realised there was a webiste issue, they sorted it out within 12 hours tops and I was able to process my sale. A manager phoned me directly just to update me on the progress - they promised me a 24 -48 hour response to activate everything and it was done, agai, within 12 hours. My router would be ready for collection 3-5 days after activation, it was available IMMEDIATLEY after activation. I enjoyed working with them tremendously and they definitely earned a lifelong client. Thank you Afrihost - You guys are AWESOME!!

Been having wifi issues on fibre for a while. Contacted Afrihost via their whatsapp channel and was professionally assisted by Nonjabulo (for an hour). Tested the line using a laptop with their guidance and confirmed the fibre and speed are what I am paying for. The problem is the router! New one ordered, also with their assistance. One happy customer in the end.

I don't know what to say about Bryce, its like he was seating in my brains and understanding me to the core. His service is world-class, the level of articulations of client problems is outstanding and he even suggest solutions that clients did not even think about, meaning he has a 360 understanding or products, solutions. His problems solving skills is what amazed me, and within minutes we solved a problem that i thought was a huge one. The big attributes that he has are: Willingness to help not just because he is working, but his desire to connect and help clients and the Love for his work/job, Patience, Diligence, Great Customer Support. I can literally spend the whole day expressing the experience i felt as a customer, but there is something about him that words cannot explain. Kudos to Bryce, and Keep up the excellent work.
