Problems may occur occasionally but friendly, well trained support staff is always handy and capable of helping. Where as other ISP's I previously contracted with I had to wait days on end to get any help, with Afrihost I get immediate support, that's a win in my books.

I have been with Afrihost for over 6 years. I have used them both on site and telephonically. Now the new one is via WhatsApp and I have only had excellent service with them. There operators are friendly and make you feel part of the Afrihost family. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The place is very nice and delightful. When you get there the upfront personnel will check you in, and ask you to wait until your number is called. In the waiting room the staff actually offers water and coffee. I have been there 5 times and the waiting period is no more than 10 minutes. The staff at the counter are very sympathetic, friendly, and fast. The decoration is great too and the way Afrihost separated the counters from each other truly makes you feel that you are been attended at a small office. Also I have been using Afrihost for about 4 months now and I completely love it, my boss also has it in her house and she also likes it and never complained about it.
