Service is always really good and they've proven reliable over the last 2 years. My only issue is that their phone lines don't work on holidays and weekends. They do have a very helpful WhatsApp help centre that's available daily, but it also has shorter hours on weekends and holidays. So if you have an issue on a holiday, depending on the time, you might have to sit tight until normal business hours

I’ve moved homes several times, and getting fibre up and running has always been a headache. It usually took more than a week, and I never once had it working on the same day I moved in. This time, with Afrihost and Openserve, the experience was completely different. Afrihost kept me in constant communication with regular updates, so I always knew what was happening.
