Afrihost helpdesk is very supportive and quick in their responses via the whatsapp platform. For the handful of issues I've encountered I've had my issue resolved usually within 5 mins by helpful friendly people. Keep it up!

Great place. Good service.. Had a client router that had stopped working.. The unit was replaced with no hassles.. I couldn't find the original box it was packaged in. Yet they still assisted me and got it replaced.. Their service is great, from walking in to walking out. I was greeted by everyone, and everyone is friendly.
