Just a quick note to say that I have been with Afrihost for a few years now. On the odd occasion when I have needed help with my wifi I have received excellent service. Excellent customer service (for all on a public holiday) the WhatsApp agent that dealt with my issue was awesome. I have been in the recruitment industry for +- 20 years specializing within the BPO and Contact Centre arena and i must say my experience today had left me speechless!
