They always kept me up to date with the problem and never left me hanging wondering what was happening.

They helped me over a period of about 5 hours trying to assist me with my problems. There was about 25 emails exchanged between us.

Rest assured that, for as long as I have sites to host, they will most certainly be hosted with Afrihost.  I have tried many other hosts in the past and have always been disappointed, until I found Afrihost!  Well done on excellent service.  I only recommend Afrihost to all my webdesign clients now.

I just want to say 10 out of 10 for you support !!!

I had a crisis situation last night and Oscar came to my rescue, he did not
give up until it was sorted and believe me, he tried everything. Having
moved my site from a “supposedly” hot ##### OVERSEAS hosting company I am so
impressed with AFRIHOST. Keep up the good work and thanks for helping me
sleep better at night. By the way we have to beat the All Blacks (and the
ref) tomorrow hope you are all going to watch, op die BOKKE.

Just a quick word of thanks and a huge commendation for Warren who has given me absolutely outstanding service over the past couple of days. I (as a relative novice) had built a website for girlfriend’s business and required some interactive form capability on the site. Warren was able to guide me through the process in an extremely knowledgeable and professional manner until such time that everything was working as I required. He patiently and professionally guided me through the whole process, did some clever web wizardry on his side and voila - all is working superbly! I was very pleased that Warren was able to assist me, as I had also recommended to my girlfriend to transfer her domain to Afrihost because of my previous experience with your team. I just want you to know that he is a great asset to the Afrihost team!

By the way, it would be remiss of me not to mention that I have also found Keenan to be very helpful in the past too, many of my queries have been dealt with by him in the past as well, and he too has been very professional, knowledgeable and helpful, a great asset to the Afrihost team as well!

I just wanted to send an email complimenting Afrihost, and specifically
Oscar on the outstanding service and support I received on 12 July.

I am a new client of Afrihost and also a new website “developer.” I was
having several issues with publishing my website.

After writing a support request email I was contacted by Oscar on the
morning of 12 July. Oscar worked tirelessly throughout the day keeping
me informed and updated. By the end of the day my website was fully
working!

Oscar’s attitude and willingness to help was definitely a breath of
