I have just joined Afrihost and got one of the fixed wireless offers and it was so refreshing to get consistently great customer service from the beginning, the people who arranged for the delivery by courier are very accommodating and polite even after a few calls to them no matter who I spoke to I always got great service.

I emailed afrihost at 01h50 in the morning with a question I had and unbelievably I got a reply about 20min later…..wow , all the emails I have sent have been replied to promptly,in just over a week I got my router and was connected within about 3-4 hours.

Thank you Afrihost for the great service and please don’t change that , I will be recommending Afrihost to my Family friends and colleagues.

when i checked on the website if my location was covered with network it showed it wasn’t but i ordered it any way, when i received it i experienced the best internet experience ever because it is fast when downloading even streaming. the rain LTE is the best, thank you afrihost. i dont have adsl here but with fixed wireless i don’t need it.

I just received the most awesome service from Lionel. He helped me setup our ADSL line and got us connected after the Telkom technician left after only plugging in the ADSL router and left without setting up our connection. Lionel was patient and friendly and even called Telkom on my behalf to activate the router. Thank you Lionel and Afrihost I am very much impressed.
