I’ve been with you guys for so long and always tell everyone what an awesome experience I’ve had with Afrihost. From the simple things like the Status on homepage to the willingness to help but have never left a testimonial (have emailed many thanks, many times). I see my 50GB account is being raised to 60GB for no apparent reason and so i thought its about time to thank you for your awesome work!
So THANK YOU! And keep it up! I’ve probably directed and helped sign up over 15 people with you guys and will keep directing people your way!

We host our business with Afrihost and some of our technical problems can be serious! But they’re always there for us… even if we just Tweet our problem at them!
I have been a member with Afrihost for about 6 months now, and recently created a hosting account with them. I can honestly say I am impressed with the service they offer, and there turn-around time on my queries to their helpdesk.
They are exceeding my expectations at all levels with their service, and are such a pleasure to deal with.

Thursday evening on the eve of a long weekend the support guys went beyond the call of duty to get me online again! The service is fast, efficient and the staff never seem to lose their patience… In the end it was a Telkom fault. Thanks to all the guys that assisted me!
I have been dealing with Afrihost for the last 2 years and what a pleasure it has been. I have full control over my account and the services I want via the ClientZone. Afrihost’s services are not only packaged well and flexible, but extremely well priced with the support and backup I expect from my service providers. I will be an Afrihost client for years to come!
My free data package with my previous service provider expired without notice on a Sunday. Their minimum period to get me back up and running was 48 hours. You guys did it within 30 minutes on a Sunday. Well done! Good service like this is hard to find.

No sooner had I sms’ed the help line on a Sunday, than I received a call from Gerhard who proceeded to sort out my problem with knowledge, respect and speed.
